2. Peanut butter cookies
Ingredients for 20 cookies:
- ¼ cup of spelt (or any other) flour
- 50 g butter
- cup of peanut butter (we used Crunchy peanut butter and so we didn’t have to add more pieces of nuts)
- an egg
- cup of cane sugar or agave syrup
- baking powder
- a few drops of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 170ºC and prepare the baking tray with baking parchment.
2. In 2 bowls, mix dry (flour + sugar + baking powder + salt) and wet (melted butter + peanut butter + egg + vanilla extract) ingredients.
3. Pour the dry mixture into a bowl and form a solid dough together with the liquid mixture.
4. Break off small sized chunks of dough, place them, well spaced apart, on the tray and press the cookies down with the palm or cup to squash them a little.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
3. Peanut butter smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ of banana
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp of agave syrup
- 200 ml of milk
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except milk in the blender, and add it at the end to avoid lumps.

Ingredients:
- salty popcorn
- 1 tbsp of cane sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- a pinch of cinnamon
Directions:

- 15 g of coconut oil
Directions
1. Cut bananas into approximately 2 cm thick wheels. Hollow out the inside of each banana piece.
2. Fill bananas with jam and top with peanut butter. Place on a plate or in a baking tray so that candies would not stick.
3. Put them in the freezer for 2 hours.

- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and place muffin cups in the pan.
2. In a larger bowl, mix the “wet” ingredients, except the apples.
3. Combine the flour mixture with wet mixture, mix and add apples – grated and sliced. You can also add pieces of chocolate, nuts, seeds or dried fruit to your taste.
4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
9. 15-minute overnights
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of oat flakes
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp of peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp agave syrup
Directions:
1. Put the flakes, milk and chia into a sealable container – for example, in a small jars, and mix well.
2. Put it into the microwave for 2-3 minutes (the warmer the milk, the faster the flakes and chia seeds soak)
3. Mix and leave for 10 minutes. Finally add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. You can also add fruit on top.
10. Peanut butter brownies
Ingredients:
- 80 g of spelt flour or oatmeal flour
- 200 g of dark chocolate with higher cocoa percentage
- 2 eggs
- 140 g of butter
- 65 g of cane sugar
- 1 tbsp of cocoa

Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 180ºC and linen a small baking pan with parchment paper, or grease with butter or coconut oil.
2. In the bowl, dissolve the chocolate with coconut oil (or butter), add sugar and mix. It is important to let the mixture cool a little.
3. Then add eggs, flour and cocoa. Stir carefully.
4. Pour the dough into a mold and pour peanut butter on top.
