- 200 g dried apricots
100 g cashew nuts

Instructions:
Mix cashew nuts in a food processor until creating a smooth mixture. Mix also the dried apricots until forming a smooth and sticky mass. Then, blend together the cashew flour and apricot mass and gradually pour into it protein, 20 g coconut, almond butter with coconut and white chocolate and stir together thoroughly.
Then you can start shaping small balls from the prepared mass. Finally, coat these balls in coconut and let them rest in a fridge. You can also dip the balls in a melted chocolate or in a mass made from nuts. Enjoy your dessert!
