Moreover, this dainty contains 16 g of protein and even someone with no talent for cooking can make it.

The advantage is that you do not need many ingredients to prepare French toasts. All you need is protein powder, milk, banana and quality wholemeal bread. The recipe does not contain any eggs or butter. therefore also vegetarians and vegans can indulge in French toasts.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of wholemeal toast bread
  • 1 scoop of Just Whey vanilla protein
  • 80ml of milk (vegetable or cow’s)
  • 1 smaller ripened banana

Method

Mix banana, milk and vanilla protein together with an immersion blender and pour it into a flat bowl. Heat up a frying pan on a mild flame for approx. 5 minutes. Ideally, use a non-stick frying pan or classic frying pan and spray it with a coconut spray.

Dip the slice of wholemeal toast bread from both sides into the mixture for a moment and put it on the heated pan afterwards. Fry from each side for approx. 4 minutes till it is golden. The toasts are served warm with fresh fruit and almond butter. Sweet French toast with minimum fat is born. Yummy!
