Our task was clear – to prepare donuts that will be fluffy, tasty, and at the same time as macro-friendly as possible…and it worked! Even if you lead a healthy and active lifestyle, you don’t have to give up your favourite treats at all. Just try our baked chocolate donuts with lyophilized raspberries!

Directions:

Finely grate the zucchini and mix it with the apple purée and egg. Add flour, baking powder, protein, sugar, coffee and sifted cocoa. Finally, add milk. The batter should be quite thick. If it is too thick, you can just add more milk. Then pour the batter into silicone donut pan and bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. You can check the donuts with a wooden stick, if it comes out dry – the donuts are ready. After baking, let them cool and then dip the tops of the donuts into melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed lyophilized raspberries. Yummy! Enjoy!
