Directions:
First, let’s prepare the marinade. Combine liquid honey (if it is firmer, heat it), olive oil, lemon juice, salt and ground pepper in a cup. Then take the potatoes, peel the skin and slice.
Take a big bowl, put the potatoes in it and combine with 3 tbsp of the marinade and smoked ground paprika powder. If you want the marinade to cover the potatoes evenly, mix it with your hands. Then prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and place the potatoes on it. You can also add a few slices of lemons. Put in an oven heated to 190 °C and bake for about 40 minutes.
In the meantime, let’s prepare the meat. Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise, place in a smaller bowl and pour the rest of the marinade over it to cover it entirely. Wrap the dish with food foil and let the meat marinate for 15–30 minutes in the fridge.
Then prepare a pan, spray it with oil or other fat and heat it. Then gradually put marinated slices of meat on it and bake on each side for about 4 minutes. To simplify the preparation, you can bake the chicken with the potatoes in the oven for about the last 20 minutes instead of frying it. In both cases, you will create a delicious dish full of flavour.
Our tip: If you want to show off when serving, decorate the plate with lemon slices fried in a pan with the rest of the marinade or ghee. Likewise, parsley or other popular herbs go well with meat as well.
