Chop the onion finely and fry it in olive oil until translucent. Then add garlic, and fry it briefly. Add strained tomatoes, sliced tomatoes and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Add ricotta, baby spinach, dried herbs and cook briefly again. Finally, season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, strain it, mix it with the prepared sauce and put it into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the pasta with grated mozzarella and Parmesan and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes until golden. Serve the pasta still warm. Bon appétit!
