Fitness Recipe: Banana Bread Balls

Do you like no-bake simple desserts? Then these banana balls are perfect for you. Just mix a few ingredients and they’re ready in no time. The combination of peanut butter, banana and chocolate flavour is just amazing.

Method:

Mix oats, Flavour Powder, and lightly crushed pieces of lyophilized banana in a bowl. Pour hot water over the dry ingredients and stir in the protein powder and peanut butter.

If necessary, you can add another 30-50 ml of water and let it stand to form a solid from which you will shape the balls. You will make about 20 larger balls from the whole mixture. If the dough is too sticky, it will help if you lightly wet your fingers. Leave the balls to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before eating.

Our tip: If you want to make the balls even more delicious, you can dip them in melted chocolate.
