Ingredients:
- 2 big ripe bananas (approx. 240 g)
- 100 g smooth peanut butter
- 40 g chocolate drops
- 30 ml maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- a few drops of lemon juice
- ¾ tsp baking soda

Directions:
Use a stick blender to blend bananas with eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, and a few drops of lemon juice until smooth. Then mix baking soda into the dough and finally add about ⅔ of chocolate chips. Prepare silicone muffin moulds and fill ¾ with the dough to ¾, and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips. Bake muffins at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes. Take muffins out of the oven and let cool a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
