Brownies and cheesecake are two popular desserts that everyone loves. And what could be better than having both of these delicacies in one? The preparation is extremely simple, so even those who not that comfortable in the kitchen can make it. At the end, you can decorate it with anything you like and enjoy the perfect snack or dessert.
Ingredients for brownies:
- 80 g coconut flour
- 50 g xylitol
- 40 g cocoa
- 40 g 85% dark chocolate
- 30 g chocolate protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- water as needed
Ingredients for cheesecake:
- 500 g low-fat cream cheese
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- vanilla Flavor Drops
Ingredients for garnish:
- 10 g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp peanut butter

Directions:
Prepare a larger bowl and mix all the dry ingredients for the brownie layer in it – coconut flour, xylitol, cocoa, chocolate protein powder and baking powder. Then add the eggs and mix with an immersion blender. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little water. Let the dark chocolate (40 g) melt in the microwave or a water bath, pour it into the dough and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture onto a tray (we used 20 x 20 cm) lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the cream cheese with vanilla protein powder and a few drops of Vanilla Flavor Drops. Once the bottom layer is baked, take it out of the oven, add the cream cheese part on top and bake for another 20 minutes.
After baking, let it cool and decorate the entire cake with peanut butter and chopped dark chocolate.
