Ingredients:
- 400 g of chicken breast
- 100 g of bean pods
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 g of turmeric
- spray oil
- herbs for garnish to taste

Method:
Start by cutting the meat into small cubes. Heat up a pan sprayed with cooking spray and lightly fry the meat. Then add turmeric, salt and pepper to taste and fry until golden. Add chopped bean pods and pressed garlic to the meat. Then mix in the coconut milk and let it cook together for a bit. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little water. Don’t forget to garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs. Coriander, oregano or parsley will all work great. You can serve it with any side dish. This time we went with rice. It will also taste great with pasta, couscous or quinoa.
