Ingredients:
- 100 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 100 g boiled beetroot
- 60 g pecans
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 50 ml water
- 40 g coconut sugar
- 15 g Just Whey protein with chocolate flavour
- 10 g cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1 and ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions:
First, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, protein, cinnamon, and baking powder. Then add an egg, chocolate melted on the stovetop or in the microwave, and boiled beetroot blended thoroughly with water. Mix everything well so that all the ingredients are combined evenly. Finally, add 40 g of chopped pecans. Pour the dough into the loaf pan and sprinkle it with the remaining chopped nuts.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 180℃. After 45 minutes, stick a toothpick into the center of your pan. If it comes out clean, brownie bread is done. After baking, let it cool completely, then spread it with fruit jam or nut butter and enjoy!
