Pudding is intrinsically linked to our childhood years. It was a sweet snack that we loved to enjoy. The classic version, however, is rich in carbohydrates and, lacks protein and fibre. However, that’s not the case with our chia pudding. This one contains all the macronutrients and so it fills you up and gives your body the energy it needs.
Ingredients:
- 400 ml low fat milk
- 150 g low fat quark
- 60 g dark chocolate 85%
- 30 g chocolate protein
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
Ingredients for the garnish:
- 100 g raspberries
- 50 g quark
- 10 g dark chocolate

Method:
In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with milk and let them sit for at least four hours, or ideally overnight. Add 150 g of quark cheese to the chia mixture, add protein and mix thoroughly.
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and stir it quickly and thoroughly into the chia mixture.
Divide evenly into three cups. Garnish with quark cheese and raspberries on top. Finally, decorate the whole cup with grated dark chocolate.

Chia pudding is a great dessert or breakfast that you are guaranteed to enjoy. The greatest advantage is that you can prepare it in advance. And as soon as you get a craving for a treat, it will be waiting for you in the fridge.
