Method:
First, prepare a water bath for the chocolate mixture. Heat water in a pot at medium heat, then put another pot or stainless steel bowl inside. That way you can gradually heat up the coconut oil and cocoa powder together with the agave syrup.
As soon as all the ingredients are heated up and a smooth mass is formed, you can pour it into silicone moulds. It is ideal to spray the silicone moulds with coconut oil spray beforehand.
We managed to get 12 pieces from this amount of ingredients. Add ½ tsp of cashew butter in the middle of each praline and sprinkle with some chopped raw cashews. Let them rest in the fridge for an hour to harden. And that’s it, you’re done. If you don’t eat the pralines right away, store them in the fridge.
Our tip: The pralines also taste great when melted into oatmeal. And if you like to experiment, you can give the pralines your own twist by adding various nut butters or freeze-dried fruit.
