Preparation:
Start with mixing hazel nuts and oatmeal into smooth flour. Pour the flour into a bowl and add the protein and cinnamon. Mix everything well. In the meantime, pour the boiling water over the dates and let them soften for at least 10 minutes. After softening, pour out the water and mix the dates smoothly. Add the mixed dates and hazelnut butter to the prepared mixture of flour, protein and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly until a solid, slightly sticky mass is formed. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water. From this prepared mass, shape smaller balls with hands, which are then wrapped in cocoa or coconut. Truffles are ready, now store them in the refrigerator. Enjoy their unique taste!
