- 100 g of wholegrain spelt flour
- 70 g of almond butter
- 50 g of RAW almonds
- 50 ml of maple syrup
- 25 g of chocolate
- 1 tsp of baking powder

Method:
First, mix the flour with finely chopped almonds, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Next, add maple syrup and almond butter to the mixture and make a firm and slightly sticky dough. If the dough seems too sticky, add a little more flour, and if it is too firm, add a little water.
Then use wet hands to form the biscuits, and place them a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the biscuits until golden at 170 ℃ for about 10 minutes. Dip baked biscuits in melted chocolate and sprinkle with almond slices. Finally, let them cool, and enjoy!
