Who doesn’t love cheesecake? Today, we decided to prepare a Christmas version of this delicacy that will remind you of the taste of Christmas goodies that simply belong to December. We used our limited edition cinnamon roll flavoured cashew butter in each layer to make this dessert perfect. You’ll be pleased with the high protein content that is not so typical for Christmas treats. Let’s get cooking!
Ingredients for the crust:
- 300 g (4 pieces) salted caramel protein cookies
- 30 g cashew butter – Cinnamon rolls
- oil spray
Ingredients for the cheesecake batter:
- 750 g soft low-fat quark
- 30 g vanilla protein
- 30 g cashew butter – Cinnamon rolls
- 2 big eggs
- vanilla flavor drops
Ingredients for the cheesecake topping:
- 10 g cashew butter – Cinnamon rolls
- 10 g cashew nuts
- cinnamon powder to taste

Method:
First, prepare the cheesecake crust. Crush the cookies into small pieces (you can use a blender) and add cinnamon rolls cashew butter.
Stir thoroughly to combine the mixture. Spray a loaf pan with oil or line with baking paper. Take 2 tablespoons of the cookie mixture and set aside (will be used when layering cheesecake). Using a spoon or your hands, press the crust into the bottom of the loaf pan. Place the crust in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk quark, eggs, protein and a few drops of vanilla flavor drops. Then add cinnamon roll flavoured cashew butter and mix thoroughly.
Next, pour half of the cheesecake batter on top of the baked crust. Sprinkle some cookie mixture (divided into 6-7 smaller piles) that you have set aside when preparing the crust.
Pour the rest of the cheesecake batter on top. Place the cheesecake in an oven preheated to 160 °C and bake for about 60-70 minutes. When the cheesecake is ready, decorate with cinnamon roll cashew butter, cashew nut pieces and cinnamon. Let cool and serve.
