Ingredients:

  • 800 g of chicken breast
  • 250 g whole grain couscous
  • 2 smaller zucchini
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • chopped spring onion
  • 3-4 tablespoons of calorie-free curry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Preparation:

In a larger pot, fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil. When the onion is roasted into a glass, add diced chicken breasts and stir until the meat is pulled. Then add the soy sauce, curry sauce, black pepper and mix everything well. Cover with a lid and stew the chicken for about 10 minutes. Then we add cleaned, and chopped vegetables crushed garlic and salt to the meat mixture. Mix well and cook the mixture uncovered for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, lightly salt the couscous in a pot and pour twice the volume of water. Cover it and cook until it absorbs all the water. Prepared meat with vegetables is served on cooked couscous, sprinkled with spring onions. Bon appetite!
