Ingredients:
- 400 ml water
- 150 g short pasta or elbow macaroni
- 100 ml milk
- 60 g hard cheese (ideally cheddar)
- 30 g fine semi-fat curd cheese without lumps
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ teaspoon mustard
- a large handful of spinach
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:
Fry the crushed garlic in a little oil, add salt, seasoning, pour water and milk, and bring to a boil. When boiling, add pasta and cook until soft. After cooking, remove from the heat. Do not drain the water, it will form the basis of the sauce, but if there is a lot/little of it, you can add or pour some milk/water as needed. Then add grated hard cheese to the cooked pasta and mix until the cheese dissolves. Next, add a little mustard and spinach leaves, which wither due to heat.
Mix everything thoroughly together, and finally mix curd cheese. You can serve pasta immediately after cooking, sprinkled with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
