Directions:
Whisk eggs with honey and sugar. Then mix flour, melted butter, baking soda, and knead it into a uniform dough. Then roll it out and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake it in the oven for 200 ℃, about 7 – 10 minutes, until golden brown. Grate the cooled dough finely. Put some dough aside for coating. Mix the grated dough and protein spread in a large bowl, and, if necessary, add low-fat curd. Subsequently, create balls and fill them with almonds. Finally, coat them in the grated honey cake dough.
