Directions:
First prepare the falafel – add the drained and rinsed chickpeas into a blender with a smaller onion, garlic, parsley, and blend everything thoroughly. Next, add flour, all the spices and mix thoroughly. Form patties or balls from falafel mix, and fry until golden on both sides in a pan sprayed with olive oil.
Then start preparing hummus. In the blender, first mix the lemon juice with tahini into a smooth paste. Next, add a clove of garlic, oil, cumin, salt, rinsed peeled chickpeas, and mix until smooth. Finally, add water to get the required consistency and mix again. Falafel is served with fresh vegetables and hummus, with a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of ground sweet paprika. Enjoy your meal!
