Method:
First of all, prepare a fish marinade in a small bowl. Mix garlic spice, sweet pepper, black pepper, salt, soy sauce and lemon juice. Rub both sides of the fish with this prepared mixture and place them in a baking dish. Bake the fish in a heated oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C. In the meantime, we prepare the vegetables, wash them and then cut the tomatoes and onions into the smallest possible pieces.
Heat the tortillas for a while in the oven or in the microwave, and then divide each of them into 4 parts. Then fold each part in half and secure it with a toothpick so that it remains open, but not completely. After baking, we take the fish out of the oven and cut it into smaller pieces. Layer vegetables, chopped fish into the prepared tortillas and at the end pour a little calorie-free sauce on tacos, or even extra lemon juice. Finished tacos can be also served with grated Parmesan cheese. Bon appetite!
