Fitness recipe: Fluffy flourless and protein laden Kinder cream slice

Fresh, fluffy, sweet, but still nutritionally balanced. That’s our fit recipe for a Kinder cream slice. Bite into the soft dough, tasty quark cream, and our coconut and white chocolate almond butter. The cake slice contains 10g of protein, and just 95 calories, which is why it’s suitable as a snack for every athlete.

Method:

Split the egg whites from the egg yolks, and along with a pinch of salt, beat them until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the cacao, protein, baking powder, Xylit, and water. Carefully fold in the egg whites into the mixture. Pour prepared dough into a lined baking pan and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.

In the meantime, prepare the cream. Mix the quark and the almond butter into a soft consistency. Once the dough is baked, let it cool and cut it into two. Spread the cream on one of the halves, and top with the other part of the dough. Let the cream slice cool in the fridge for at least one hour, after which you can slice it into 12 pieces. Top each piece with a mixture of melted dark chocolate and coconut oil. Cool the cream slice in the fridge once again, this time for 30 minutes. Take it out, serve, and enjoy! Yummy!
