Do you like muffins? Try our new recipe for fluffy protein muffins with chocolate and coconut. It’s full of quality ingredients such as coconut sugar, acidophilic milk or grated coconut. Surely no athlete or fitness enthusiastcan resist them. Bon appetite!
We need:
- 250 g of acidophilic milk
- 120 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 55 g quality dark chocolate
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 30 g coconut
- 25 g True Whey chocolate protein
- 20 g cacao
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients – spelt flour, coconut sugar, coconut, chocolate protein, cocoa and baking powder. Then add eggs, acidophilic milk and mix thoroughly. We put a spoon of dough into the paper baking cups or silicone muffin pan to fill the cup in half. Then put a piece of dark chocolate on the dough and pour over another layer of dough. The top of the muffins can be sprinkled with grated coconut.
From the ingredients above, we fill 12 cups and then bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes at 180 °C.After cooling, sprinkle with some coconut and serve, for example with strawberries. Bon appetite!
