Dough ingredients:
- 120 ml almond milk
- 100 g spelt flour
- 100 ml soy yoghurt (can be replaced by coconut or cashew yoghurt)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- coconut oil spray
Cream ingredients:
- 50 ml water
- 30 g Bio Vegan Protein banana and strawberry flavor
- 2-3 strawberries for decoration

Directions:
First of all, mix all the dry ingredients needed for dough – spelt flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Then add the liquid ingredients – milk, yoghurt and apple cider vinegar. Place the resulting mixture into a blender and mix thoroughly until a uniform dough is formed. In the meantime, prepare a pancake pan, spray it with coconut oil and let it warm up. Subsequently, we scoop the pancakes on it and bake them until they’re of golden colour from both sides.
When the pancakes are ready, let’s start making protein cream. To make it, we need to add water to Bio Vegan Protein and mix thoroughly. Pour the cream on the pancakes and decorate them with strawberries or pancake syrup. Voila, vegan treat is ready!
