Ingredients:
- 2 cups oat flakes
- 32 g (1 scoop) chocolate protein True Whey
- ¾ cup grated coconut
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 egg size M
- 1 TBS cocoa powder
- 1 TBS cinnamon

Instructions:
Put oat flakes, grated coconut and protein powder with cocoa and cinnamon in one bowl. In second bowl, mix egg with honey and gradually add the mixture to the dry ingredients.
Put the mixture to the baking tin lined with baking paper. Smooth the dough in the mold and put to the oven for 20 minutes. If desired, after 15 minutes of baking, you can add a little bit more of coconut on the top and let it roast for remaining 5 minutes. Let the finished coconut bars cool and then cut them into pieces.
