There are many ways to make cold evenings more enjoyable. And what could be better than a sweet dessert with a fresh fruity taste? We tried to make our evening better with a new recipe for protein crumble from berries, and we’ll tell you, that it was definitely worth it! Come and try it yourself!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen fruit (400g)
- ½ cup of chopped cashew nuts
- ½ cup of oat flakes
- 2 scoops of vanilla Just Whey protein
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp xylitol
- 2 tsp Ghi
- Coconut cooking spray

Directions:
Mix oat flakes, protein, xylitol, cashew nuts in a bowl and add lemon juice with Ghi. Make a uniform dough with your hands, and then crush it into crumbs. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 °C and line the cake pan with baking paper. Spread the frozen berries into the prepared pan and sprinkle the finished crumbs evenly. Gently spray it with Coconut cooking spray and put the crumble in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C, or until the crumbs on the surface are golden and crispy. Serve the crumble still warm, and we recommend it with Greek yogurt or skyr! Enjoy!
