For dough we will need:

  • 500 g of soft semi-skimmed cottage cheese
  • 250 g of lump cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe banana (approx. 120 g)
  • 80 g of coconut sugar (it can be replaced by Flavor Drops)
  • 40 g of unground poppy
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package of powdered vanilla pudding in
  • lemon juice from ½ of lemon
  • milk (to be used only if the mixture is too thick)

Process:

We will add both soft and lumpy cottage cheese, banana, coconut sugar, eggs, pudding, lemon juice into a large bowl and mix it all together with a stick mixer. If the mixture is too thick, add some milk into it.We will divide the created mixture evenly into two bowls. Add poppy seed to one bowl and mix well. Then prepare a cake form with a diameter of 20 cm, and in turns pour cottage cheese and poppy mixture into it. This will create an interesting zebra effect. Place the prepared cheesecake in the oven and bake at 170 °C for approximately 50 minutes. After it is baked, let it cool down completely, slice it up and decorate with fruit. Bon appetite!
