- 250 g mushrooms
- 200 g protein pasta
- 200 ml 10% cream
- 10 g parmesan
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oi
- a handful of fresh parsley + a bit for garnish
- salt to taste

Method:
Cook protein pasta until soft according to the instructions on the packaging. Meanwhile, start preparing the sauce. Sauté finely chopped or pressed garlic in some olive oil add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they release their water. Then add cream, season with soy sauce, ground black pepper and cook everything together. Finally, mix in finely chopped parsley, salt to taste and cooked pasta. When serving, sprinkle with the remaining parsley, Parmesan and it’s ready to go.
