Let’s prepare a healthy bread that contains no flour and only a minimum of carbohydrates. Protein-egg bread is easy to prepare and ideal to be served with avocados. Prepare your apron, let’s go!
Ingredients:
- 25 g of flavorless True Whey protein
- 4 medium sized eggs
- 125 ml of water
- 3 tbs Psyllium
- 3 g of salt
- a pinch of ground caraway
- bread seasoning (optional)
- olive oil spray

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until lump-free mass is formed. Let the dough stand for about 20 minutes. Spray the baking pan (approx. 20×12 cm) with olive oil and pour the dough into it. Bake at 170 °C for about 35 minutes using top and bottom heating + blowing. Bon appetite!
