Method:
Start by preparing the sauce. Rinse, peel and finely grate the cucumber. Put it together with the Greek yoghurt in one bowl. Add a few drops of lemon, the crushed garlic, salt, pepper salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Let the sauce rest and taste after 10 minutes, if needed season it. Then put it in the fridge to cool.
The next step is to prepare the meat. Cut it into small thin slices. Season with kebab seasoning and fry until golden brown in a pan sprayed with oil spray.
Then thinly slice radicchio and iceberg lettuce and onion (optional). Next, you can proceed to serving the meal.
Fry tortillas briefly in a dry frying pan and then top with lettuce, onion and meat. Finally, drizzle with sauce and serve. If you have large tortillas, you can roll up a kebab wrap.
Our tip: If you want to make it even easier to prepare, use our ZERO SAUCE instead of yoghurt sauce.
