If we fancy a warm, yet simple and quick dinner, pasta is always the right choice! Today we can choose from a wide range of healthy pasta, namely whole-grain, low-calorie from konjac flour, legumes or many others. All that is left is to add some favourite sauce to it. This time we chose lentil pasta which naturally contains a large amount of protein, and a delicious creamy tomato sauce! The perfect choice when you don’t have much time for preparation, but you want to give your body nutritious and tasty food!
Ingredients:
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 180 g lentil pasta
- 100-150 ml vegetable broth
- 60 g cashew nuts
- 15 g delicate yeast
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook the lentil pasta in boiling water. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil until golden brown. Then add the pressed garlic, sauté it briefly and set aside. Blend diced tomatoes, cashews, delicate yeast and sautéed onion with garlic in the blender until smooth. Then pour the sauce into a pan and dilute it with vegetable broth as needed, let it simmer and season it with salt and pepper. Mix the cooked pasta with sauce and serve. Bon appétit!
