- 70 g buckwheat flakes

- 20 g ground flaxseeds
- 15 g carob powder

- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Line the baking tray (with a diameter of 16 – 18 cm) with baking paper or spray it with oil. Mix all the ingredients, namely water, carrots, ground flakes, protein, ground seeds, carob powder, coconut milk, baking powder, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar.
