The name Mole cake came into being by the cake look which reminds of molehill. Popular Mole cake has found its place in the heart of every sweet lover mostly by its taste. Besides snacking, if you want to think of the nutrition facts of your cake, try our fitness recipe of Mole cake. It tastes like the original one but contains 11 g of protein per slice. It is full of curd cheese, bananas, chocolate protein and has also one secret ingredient – bean. Will you try it?
For the dough we need:
- 240 g of cooked beans (one can)
- 25 g of chocolate protein
- 25 g of cocoa
- 1 bigger banana
- 1 egg
- 40 ml of water
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- sweetener
For the cream we need:
- 250 g of soft defatted curd
- 250 g of soft semi-fat curd
- 60 g of honey
- 30 g of dark chocolate
- 2 – 3 bananas

Preparation method:
Put all the ingredients for the dough preparation into one bowl and mix them into smooth mixture. Consequently, pour it into cake form with 20 cm average and bake it at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.
In the meantime, grate dark chocolate and mix it with honey and curd. After baking, pull the corpus out of the oven and let it cool down. Dig up the hole into the middle of the corpus the way bottom is intact. Put away the remaining dough, you will need it for the top of the cake.
Consequently, put the sliced bananas into the middle of corpus and layer on them curd cream into the moud form. Crumble the remaining dough on the small pieces and sprinkle the top of cake with it. Let the fitness mole cake to solidify in the fridge for a few hours and then you can serve. Yum!
