Instructions:
First of all, break biscuits into smaller pieces, add oats, and grind everything together into a powder. Meanwhile, dissolve coconut oil, then add it to the ground mixture and mix again until all the ingredients are well combined. Place this mixture into a springform pan (we used a pan with a diameter of 20 cm), which is lined with baking paper or sprayed with coconut oil spray.
Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan and store it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Mix cheese, ricotta, and protein together until smooth creamy mixture. Prepare gelatine according to the instructions and mix it into the filling, add crushed Oreo biscuits, and mix everything thoroughly together. After half an hour, remove the crust from the freezer, pour the cream filling onto it, and spread it evenly. Store your cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight. On the next day, decorate it according to your taste and imagination, and it is ready to be served! Yummy!
