Method:

Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them. If you use date paste instead, you can skip this step. Then blend the dates together with cashew nuts and maple syrup. Add vanilla protein powder and 25 g of crushed lyophilized strawberries to the mixture and mix everything together. You should get a stiff, non-stick mixture, from which you can shape small balls. If the mixture sticks to your hands, add some dry ingredient. It can be, for example, more protein powder or coconut flourThen crush the remaining 25 g of lyophilized strawberries and use them to dust the balls. And that’s it. You can eat them right away or let them cool in the fridge and get a refreshing dessert.
