Fitness recipe: No-bake vegan strawberry cake

Don´t you feel comfortable when baking? It does not matter at all! Prepare easy no-bake strawberry cake that will enchant many dessert lovers. It is quick to prepare, looks amazing and we could write poems about its taste! Let´s do it!

  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tsp agar (or other gelatin)

Preparation:

Prepare a round cake tin, which we spray with coconut oil to avoid sticking the dough on the edge on the cake tin. In the bowl mix oat porridge, crushed nuts, agave syrup, water and banana. Mix until unit soft dough. Put the dough into prepared cake tin and press it evenly on the bottom. 

Now we start with the preparation of the 1st layer. First of all, mix protein thoroughly in 400 ml of water. Then add chia seeds to the protein and mix. Prepare small pot with 200 ml of water and bring to a boil. Then add agar, mix and stop when bubbles start to form. Mix it with protein mixture and pour it onto the prepared corpus. Put this base into the refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool. 

While the cake is becoming cold, prepare the 2nd layer. Mix strawberries with 100 ml of water and bring the remaining 200 ml of water to a boil again, add agar and mix until the bubbles start to form, then stop. Then mix agar with mixed strawberries and pour the mixture on the top of the cake. Put such prepared cake into the refrigerator and let cool for at least 2 hours. After cooling, cut the cake into 10 pieces and enjoy light strawberry dessert!
