Method:

Before we prepare the dough, grind oats into the fine flour. Add protein, baking powder, baking soda and mix it all together. In the meantime, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and beat the egg whites until stiff. We will use yolks later. Take another bowl, peel the apples and grate them. Add them together with egg whites snow to dry ingredients. Mix it gently and add peanut butter, white yoghurt and egg yolks. Stir until you get a smooth, consistent mass, then put it all into a 17 cm cake mold. Place the mold into a heated oven and bake for 40 minutes at 170°C.

While we wait until the baked cake cools down, we prepare topping. First of all, we have to overcook the apple Jammy Spread, so we pour it into a heated pot and cook for 5 minutes until smooth and easy to spread. Let it cool down and mix white yoghurt with vanilla Flavor Drops and a pinch of cinnamon. When the cake is cooled enough, cut it into 2 equal parts. Coat the lower part with chilled apple Jammy Spread and also add yoghurt mixture. Take the second part of the cake and put it on the first one. Coat again with apple Jammy Spread and pour yoghurt mixture on it. At the end, sprinkle the cake with cocoa and let it cool down in the refrigerator. Bon appetite!
