Ingredients for the dough:
- 200 ml water
- 160 g spelled flour
- 40 g True Whey protein in any flavour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Xylitol
- 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation:
Pour all dry ingredients – spelled flour, True Whey-protein, Xylitol, baking powder – into the bowl and add water, egg and melted coconut oil. We mix everything well until we have a uniform and smooth dough. Then we prepare silicone moulds for donuts and gradually add the dough. If we don’t have doughnut moulds, we can also use muffin moulds. Put the dough in the heated oven and bake for approx. 10 minutes at 175 ° C until golden brown. Let the finished donuts cool for a while and carefully remove them from the moulds. Add a sliced banana ring to the centre of each donut and sprinkle with syrup. Bon Appetite!
