Mash banana using a hand blender and mix it with almond milk and chia seeds. Leave it to stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 – 3 hours (ideally overnight) so that the chia seeds swell up. Serve chia pudding chilled and garnished with banana, coconut chips, and lyophilized banana. Bon appetite!
