Fitness recipe: Quinoa salad in 3 different ways

Quinoa Mexico salad

Ingredients:

  • 60 g of quinoa

  • 75 g of canned red beans
  • 75 g of fresh tomatoes
  • 50 g of canned sweet corn
  • half a fist of fresh coriander
  • 15-20 g of sweet chilli sauce

  • 5 g of an extra virgin olive oil

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

Cook the Quinoa according to the instructions until soft. Mix it with beans, corn, finely chopped tomatoes, coriander, and season it as you wish with chili sauce, olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper. The salad is ready to go!

Ingredients:

  • 60 g of quinoa

  • 10 g of sunflower seeds 

  • half a fist of fresh parsley
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • lemon juice to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil as much as you prefer

Preparation:
