Ingredients for chicken:
- 350 g chicken breast
- 40 g tomato purée
- 200 ml chicken broth
- lime juice from ½ lime
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and ground black pepper
- olive oil spray

- 3 wraps
- 1 avocado
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- hummus with beetroot/yoghurt dressing/calorie-free sauce

Directions:
Let’s start with shredded chicken. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, and roast it with olive oil from both sides for about 4 minutes. Then add chicken broth, cover it with a lid, and stew for about 10-15 minutes. After that, shred the chicken breasts with a fork or a blender to small pieces. Mix these pieces with tomato purée, pressed garlic, soy sauce, and lime juice on the pan, and roast it all together for a while. If the chicken seems to be dry, add a small amount of broth. Now let’s fill the wraps – heat the wrap up on the pan, smear it with hummus, yoghurt dressing, or your favourite calorie-free sauce, and put baby spinach, pieces of avocado, shredded chicken on top of it. Now it’s time to fold the wrap. Serve the wraps still warm. Enjoy your meal!
