Preparation:

We start by slicing the strawberries. We then put them together with agave syrup and chia in a pancover with a lid, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the dough together – flour, ground almondsagave syrup, mashed banana, water and baking soda until we have a loose dough. Prepare a medium-sized baking tray and spray it with coconut oil. Then we put the dough on a plate, smooth it and layer a strawberry filling on it. Sprinkle the top of the cake with the remaining ⅓ dough. Bake in the oven at 170 ° C for about 25 minutes. After baking, let the cake cool down, and only then cut it into 8 pieces and serve!
