Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup couscous
- 2-3 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 whole cinnamon stick

Directions:
Pour milk into a small pot and heat it up on a low flame. Then add agave syrup and whole cinnamon stick to it. Bring the milk to a boil and remove the cinnamon. In the meantime, prepare couscous, put it in another pot and pour the milk mixture over it. Cover the pot with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes. Couscous is then divided into two small bowls. Sprinkle with cinnamon, chopped nuts and garnish with diced fruit. Serve and enjoy!
