Method:
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in salted hot water until tender.
Allow sweet potatoes to cool, put them in a blender and add the rinsed RTE chickpeas, garlic clove, chopped onion and 1 tsp olive oil.
Blend everything together into a coarse mixture. Then transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and all the spices, i.e. cumin, paprika, black pepper and coriander. Finally, add the oats, which will thicken the mixture. Mix everything together thoroughly once more and then form balls, which you roll lightly in breadcrumbs. Place them on a baking tray sprayed with oil spray or lined with baking paper and put in an oven preheated to 190 °C. Bake until golden brown for approximately 15–20 minutes.
In the meantime, start preparing the dip. Put the yoghurt, crushed garlic clove, salt and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix everything thoroughly.
Serve the prepared falafel with dip, you can also add a salad mix.
