You won’t spend more than ten minutes in the kitchen preparing this dish. The combination of tortilla, tofu and vegetables is perfectly complemented with the delicious honey-mustard sauce. You won’t find any meat in the recipe, so it’s great for vegetarians or anyone trying to reduce their meat consumption for whatever reason.
Ingredients:
- 240 g tofu
- 40 g red onion
- 10 g sesame seeds (optional)
- 3 spinach tortillas (can be replaced with wheat or rye tortilla)
- salad mix according to taste (we used a combination of lettuce and carrots)
- seasoning to taste (we used barbecue seasoning, black pepper and salt)
- oil spray
- ZERO Honey-Mustard Sauce to taste

Method:
Drain the brine from the tofu and remove the excess water with a paper towel. Cut the tofu into strips and season to taste.
Heat a frying pan sprayed with oil spray and fry the tofu on all sides until golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. If you don’t have a ready-made mix, cut the lettuce into smaller pieces and the carrots into fine strips. Finely chop the peeled onion as well. Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl to combine the flavours. You can heat the tortilla on a pan to make it easier to work with. Fill it with the prepared vegetables, tofu and season with the dressing. You can also garnish it with sesame seeds.
Finally, just wrap it up and serve. You can take this tortilla to work as a quick and convenient lunch.
