Do you like creamy puddings? Try to leave the instant version of it in the pantry for today and pull out tapioca pearls instead. After cooking tapioca pearls in milk, they will turn into a delicious tapioca pudding with high protein content and delicious taste. We tried vanilla flavour, but you can also use other protein powders to create strawberry, chocolate or pistachio pudding. You can also use different fruit for garnish.
Ingredients for tapioca pudding:
- 50 g tapioca pearls
- 500 ml low-fat milk
- 30 g vanilla protein
Ingredients for the garnish:
- 50 g raspberries
- 2 kiwis
- or you can use any other fruit

Directions:
Pour tapioca pearls into a pot, pour low-fat milk and cook for a while. After about 15 minutes, add the vanilla protein powder.
Continue to cook the mixture until the pearls soften. You should get a pudding-like substance. If it seems too thick, you can add a little more liquid (water, milk, coconut milk). Then divide the pudding into two prepared bowls and garnish with fruit.
