Dough ingredients:

  • 850 g black beans (4 cans, weight of washed and dried beans)
  • 360 ml almond milk
  • 140 g dates
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g almonds
  • 3 tbsp grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • pinch of salt

Method:

We firstly wash the beans properly and dry them. Then mix all the ingredients for the dough – beans, milk, dates, cocoa, almonds, grated coconut, oil, vanilla powder and salt – mix it all into a smooth dough. Meanwhile, we prepare the baking mold for bishop bread and bake it with baking paper. Pour the dough into a baking mold, and place into the oven heated to 180 ℃, bake for approximately 30 minutes. After taking out from the oven, let the brownie cool down still in the baking mold. In the meantime, prepare peanut topping by mixing water and powdered peanut butter. If the cake is cooled down enough, divide it into 6 parts, pour the topping and chocolate syrup over and serve.

Brownie cake can last in the refrigerator for several days, so you can eat is as a healthy breakfast even for a whole week.
