Are sweet breads one of your favourite desserts? This time we bring you delicious fitness zucchini bread with a dose of protein, that has a pleasant chocolate taste. Definitely don’t wait and enjoy it for breakfast or as a healthy snack, that satiates well!
Ingredients:
- 200 g zucchini (1 zucchini)
- 130 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 130 ml kefir
- 40 g xylitol (birch sugar)
- 30 g chocolate
- 25 g protein powder with chocolate flavor
- 15 g cacao
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions:
First, mix together all loose ingredients – flour, protein, xylitol, cinnamon, cacao and baking powder. Then peal zucchini, finely grate it, and squeeze out excess water from it with hands. Add squeezed zucchini, eggs and kefir to loose mixture. Mix all together and at the end, add chopped chocolate to the dough. Pour dough to the mold for Bishop´s cake and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes. You can try whether the bread is ready with wooden toothpick, which should remain dry after being stuck in the dough.
Let the bread cool completely before you take it from the mold. Serve only the bread itself or spreaded with jam and topped with peanut butter. Bon appetit!
