Animal Omega is a complex of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. Thanks to the combination of flaxseed oil and a blend of fish oils, the most well-known omega 3 fatty acids are present in the form of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Both EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function, while DHA alone also contributes to the maintenance of proper brain function and healthy eyesight. To achieve a beneficial effect, you need to take 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day, which you can do with this supplement.

In the omega 6 fatty acid complex, you will also find safflower seed oil containing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).
