Ashwagandha 450 mg are vegan capsules containing Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera). Each capsule contains up to 450 mg of root extract with at least 2.5% withanolide, which is approximately 11 mg. Ashwagandha is considered an “adaptogen”. This term refers to products that can increase the body's resistance and help overcome temporary stress.
